Brown Butter’s Catering was established in May 2015, where we kicked off with our grand opening with a 7 course elegant sit down dinner. From there Brown Butter’s catering was fortunate enough to cater for Shabach Christian Church Fellowship’s Holy Convocation in 2015 and 2016. We were also fortunate enough to cater Easter Dinner for Tye Tribbett’s “Bloody Win Tour.’ We have catered multiple events from private birthday parties for 2, to wedding parties of over 100. From barn year weddings at Bridal Oaks, to wedding receptions at Crystal Ballroom, Retirement parties of over 30 years, to live musical recording. We cater to so many other venues and events. We’ve do it all. We’ve even assisted in catering a funeral repass of over 200 guests. We’ve served Christmas and Thanksgiving Dinner for the homeless. We don’t just specialize in one certain type of food, as we are well versed in different ethnic backgrounds and specialties. From buffet style dinner parties to butler style plated dinners we meet the needs of every client we serve.
